Before any engagement, most families need one thing: an honest read of what they already have.

Ninety minutes. $495 flat, credited in full toward a retainer if you continue within thirty days. You provide the current IEP or 504 plan, the most recent evaluation, and any district correspondence.

You receive a written summary covering (1) what the documents actually commit the district to, (2) where the plan is silent, vague, or unenforceable, and (3) the specific requests to bring to the next meeting.

Ongoing advocacy is billed at $300 per hour. Meeting-based engagements and school-year retainers are quoted after the review.
